Pastor Michael and his wife, Colleen, have a heart for ministering to the “Baby Boomer” generation, the 50+ crowd. If you (like us) are in this blessed stage of life and looking to spend more time in the presence of the Lord, we have something exciting to share with you!

After several vision meetings with the leaders at Calvary Church in Jupiter, we are thrilled to announce our new partnership with the church in starting up the “F50+” ministry. The ”F” stands for “fellowship” and the 50+ speaks for itself. True biblical fellowship (from the Greek word: koinonia – literally “doing life together”) – describes a life centered around the person, the purposes and the people of God. This ministry stems from our vision to “proclaim what we have seen and heard that you too may have fellowship with us. And indeed, our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.” (1 John 1:3)

 

We are planning to launch this new gathering on Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at Calvary Church in Jupiter, (10180 W Indiantown Road, Jupiter, FL 33478) starting on January 13, 2022. Each gathering will include a time of prophetic worship with music and testimonies, the teaching of God’s Word, and a small group discussion with mutual ministry and prayer. We will meet three times a month. The fourth week will be the “Go Beyond Week” when all of us will be encouraged to step outside of our regular life routines and intentionally share the gospel or serve someone else. We will also have events, outreach and meals together – all that to honor the Lord, build a strong mid-week ministry and a community that has a heart for reaching out to others!

Perhaps you have been praying for more opportunities to serve Jesus. As we begin forming a ministry team, this is an opportunity to step up. We desire to help and train you to serve in the area of your giftedness. You may be called to be a discussion leader, outreach coordinator, media or hospitality team member… We want everyone attending the “F50+” gathering to feel welcome and be personally active in ministry.
